INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
JULY 2,
2008, 20:10 HOURS:
Michael DeCastro of Union City, NJ was arrested by PO Pezzillo
on an outstanding warrant from the Jersey City Municipal Court.
PO Pezzillo had stopped Mr DeCastro for a motor vehicle
violation. Bail was $250.00 which was posted by Mr.
DeCastro.
INCIDENT/CHARGE:
WARRANT ARREST
JULY 3,
2008, 13:32 HOURS: Anthony Garcia of Moonachie, NJ was
arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Paramus Municipal
Court. PO Detrizio arrested Anthony Garcia at Moonachie
Police Headquarters. Mr. Garcia could not post bail and was
turned over to Paramus Police Detectives.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
JULY 13,
2008, 00:00 HOURS:
Trevaughn Johnson of Paterson, NJ was arrested by PO Pezzillo on
an active warrant from Sussex County, NJ. Mr. Johnson
could not post bail and was turned over to officers from the
Sussex County Sheriff's Department.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
JULY 16,
2008, 19:10 HOURS: Tae W. Kim responded to Moonachie
Police Headquarters to turn himself in for an outstanding
warrant from Moonachie Municipal Court. Sgt. Behrens
processed Mr. Kim who was then released on $300.00 bail.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
JULY 24,
2008, 05:10 HOURS: William Peterson of Moonachie, NJ
was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Secaucus Municipal
Court. Sgt. Dressel and PO Inserra made the arrest.
The bail for Mr. Peterson was $750.00 which he could not post.
He was turned over to officers from the Secaucus Police
Department.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
JULY 24,
2008, 19:09 HOURS:
Virginia Kiernan of Moonachie, NJ was arrested on an outstanding
warrant from Fort Lee Municipal Court. PO Detrizio
processed the accused who posted #305.00 bail and was released.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
JULY 25,
2008, 15:14 HOURS:
Daniel Dorry of East Stroudsburgh, PA was arrested on an
outstanding warrants from Englewood and Edgewater, NJ. PO
Mulvaney arrest Mr. Dorry after a motor vehicle stop.
Dorry was issued summonses by PO Mulvaney. $123.00 bail
(Englewood) and $568.00 bail (Edgewater) was posted by Mr. Dorry
who was then released.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: ASSAULT
JULY 26,
2008, 02:44 HOURS:
Victoria Finn of Moonachie, NJ was arrested by Sgt. Dressel and
PO Inserra for simple assault. She was processed and
released R.O.R.
