!! Please be aware of scams that
involve people posing as utility workers that are looking to
gain access to your home. These type of diversion scams lead
to theft of property from inside the home. Please do not
hesitate to call the police about any suspicious person or
vehicle in your neighborhood.

INCIDENT/CHARGE: POSSESSION OF CDS
January 7, 2009:
Julian Cosma of Moonachie, NJ was arrested by Det. Fugnitti.
While assisting the Lyndhurst Police Department with the arrest
of Mr. Cosma in December of 2008, evidence obtained by Det.
Fugnitti led to charges against Mr. Cosma for possession of CDS.
A warrant was issued for Cosma who was currently lodged in the
Bergen County Jail.
INCIDENT/CHARGGE: BURGLARY, THEFT, AGGREVATED ASSAULT
January 7, 2009:
Alexander Zequeira of Union City, NJ was arrested by Det.
Inserra, on outsatnding warrants from the Moonachie Municipal
Court. Mr. Zequeira was involved in the burglary of a clothing
warehouse in Moonachie. He was charged with Burglary, Theft,
Conspiracy and Aggravated Assault. by P.O. McNeice in 2007 with
regards to this incident. Mr. Zequeira was then placed in the
Bergen County Jail.
