calls for service we receive. Incidents listed in the
blotter represent only a small percentage of the Moonachie
Police Department's daily operations. |

INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
MAY 1,
2008, 08:17 HOURS: Reynaldo Mercado of Moonachie, NJ
was arrested by PO Mulvaney on an outstanding warrant out of
Union City, NJ. Mr. Mercado posted $1200 bail and was
released.
INCIDENT/CHARGGE:
RESISTING ARREST, AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, DISORDERSLY CONDUCT
MAY 6,
2008, 20:34 HOURS: Nail Abdushev of Moonachie, NJ was
arrested by Sgt Millar, after officers responded to Manny's
Restaurant on a report of a disturbance. Mr. Abdushev was
charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated
Assault on a Police Officer and Criminal Mischief. Mr.
Abdushev was processed and released on bail. Other
Officers assisting were Sgt. Seeback, PO Bussanich and PO
Ricardo.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
MAY 9,
2008: Robin Gunther of Moonachie, NJ was arrested by
Det McNeice and Det Fugnitti on an outstanding warrant.
Ms. Gunther was processed and posted $ 837.oo in bail and was
released.
INCIDENT/CHARGE:
WARRANT ARREST
MAY 14,
2008: Michael Hogen of Moonachie, NJ was arrested by
Det. McNeice and Det. Fugnitti on an outstanding warrant from
the Bergen County Sheriff's Deparment. Mr. Hogen was processed
and turned over to Bergen County Sheriff's Officers.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
MAY 16,
2008: Patrick Davenport responded to Moonachie Police
Headquarters in response to a warrant. Sgt Behrens
processed Mr. Davenport and releaed him on $ 250.00 bail
returnable to the West Paterson Municipal Court.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
MAY 19,
2008: Edgar Estrada of Fairview, NJ was arrested by PO
Mulvaney for an outstanding warrant. PO Mulvaney issued
three summonses to Mr. Estrada. Bail in the amount of
$750.00 was posted by Mr. Estrada. He was processed and
released on bail.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: BURGLARY, THEFT, THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE,
CONSPIRACY

19,
2008: Det. McNeice and Det Fugnitti responded to Union
City, NJ to serve a warrant on Roberto Cobain of Union City.
Mr. Cobain was charged with Burglary, Theft, Theft of a Motor
Vehicle and Conspiracy. The initial incident occurred in
August, 2007 (Burglary, Theft at a Moonachie Business).
With the help of the Bergen County Sheriff's Department B.C.I.
unit, evidence was obtained to make this arrest. Mr.
Cobain was placed in the Bergen County Jail. His bail was
set at $50,000.
