INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
October 10, 2008: Yong
Hwang of Paramus, NJ was arrested by P.O. Migliorino. Mr. Hwang
was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Moonachie
Municipal Court. Mr. Hwang was processed at police headquarters
and released on bail.
INCIDENT/CHARGE:
WARRANT ARREST
October 9, 2008:
Jose Santos of Union City, NJ was arrested by P.O. Mulvaney. Mr.
Santos was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. A check of
Santos showed an outstanding warrant from the North Bergen
Municipal Court. Mr. Santos was processed at police headquarters
and released on bail. Two summonses were issued for motor
vehicle violations.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: DWI ARREST / LEAVING THE SCENE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
CRASH
October 11, 2008:
Salvador Calderon of Moonachie, NJ was arrested by P.O.
Pezzillo. Mr. Calderon was involved in a motor vehicle crash and
left the scene of the crash. Witnesses were able to give the
police enough information to identify the driver. When the
driver returned to his home in Moonachie, police were waiting
for him. Mr. Calderon was placed under arrest for driving while
under the influence. Mr. Calderon was processed at police
headquarters and released into the custody of his mother. Sgt.
Behrens and Detective Inserra assisted.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
October 13, 2008:
Boris Palomino of Nutley, NJ was arrested by P.O. Ricardo. A
motor vehicle stop and check of the driver led to the discovery
of two active warrants from the Clifton Municipal court and the
Union City Municipal Court. Mr. Palomino was processed at police
headquarters and then turned over to officers from the Clifton
Police Department.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
October 14, 2008:
Dominique Gallagher was arrested by Sgt. Schmidt. Ms. Gallagher
turned herself in at the Moonachie Police Department in response
to an outstanding criminal warrant. Ms. Gallagher was processed
and then released after posting $1,000.00 bail.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST

21, 2008: Edward Lawson of Paterson, NJ was arrested by P.O.
Ricardo. Mr. Lawson was stopped for motor vehicle violations,
when a check of Mr. Lawson showed two outstanding warrants on
him. The warrants were issued from the Wood-ridge Municipal
Court. Mr. Lawson was taken to police headquarters where he was
processed and released on $265.00 bail. Two motor vehicle
summonses were also issued.
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST
October 24, 2008:
Richard Hogen of Moonachie, NJ was arrested by Det. Inserra. The
accused had turned himself in at police headquarters in response
to an outstanding warrant. The warrant was issued by the
Paterson Municipal Court. Mr. Hogen was processed and release on
$200.00 bail
INCIDENT/CHARGE: WARRANT ARREST

30, 2008: Antonio Zozzaro of Kearny, NJ was arrested by P.O.
Mulvaney. Mr. Zazzaro was stopped for a motor vehicle violation.
A check of Mr. Zozzaro turned up a warrant from the Passaic
Municipal Court. Mr. Zozzaro was taken to police headquarters
and processed and released on $500.00 bail.
